first pediatrician appt

Today we went to see the pediatrician for the first time and the car ride was great- Emily really likes her car seat! We had to buy some preemie outfits the other day because everything is so big on her. So we got one that actually fit! Emily weighed 5lbs 14.6oz at the dr. today. It was .6 pounds more than her discharge birth weight! Yay baby girl! Here is a picture of her at the doctor right before she was weighed. She is such a happy, content little baby. After the doctor visit we went to daddy's work and said hello to everyone he works with. Daddy also handed out "It's a GIRL" bubble gum cigars that he bought at the hospital! Then we went to the other pharmacy where daddy works every now and then to say hi. Miss Emi is famous. Everyone was so happy to see her! We were so close to Uncle Cory's work that we had to quick stop by there too. He was so proud to get a visit at his work!
Tonight also, we had bath time and playtime with both Grandmas here! Grandma V finished a quilt and brought it over so we got to play on that after bath time. We had so much fun! Emily is so alert and she loves when we play games with her!
